 “Prayer Warfare”                               

Part 1

We discovered through teaching that warfare is necessary. Without prayer warfare, we will not stand against the wiles of the devil.  However, we have been given everything that is requisite and suited  to  become more than conquerors.  If we do not keep watch the enemy will break in on our life, and we will not be able to stand and do all the crisis demands. 

With all the teaching we’ve been hearing, comes demand.  The demand is for us to allow the teaching to sink down into our hearts. Therefore, that which we hear becomes the power of salvation that goes to the depth of nature.  But without watching and praying, that which we hear will be quickly taken away from us.  According to the Gospel of Mark, when the Word is sown (through teaching) the enemy comes immediately to steal away the Word. 

Jesus said it depends on how we hear the Word that brings the power we need.  He said, “He who has ears to hear, let him be hearing [and let him consider and comprehend].

We know that everyone has ears, but not everyone is using their ears to receive comprehensive insight to the ways and purposes of God.  Everything depends on whether or not we can gather out the information from the Word, which will give us the keys to the mystery of the kingdom of God.
