My computer screen suddenly began flashing this announcement
Critical Alert. I needed to renew my protection plan and check my firewall. However, the words Critical Alert caught my attention. I believe that the Spirit of the Lord is warning us with Critical Alerts that could save us from becoming a prey for the enemy.
Lately we are hearing Word that can help protect us from enemy intrusion. The Word on Grace, as it relates to our everydayness, our discipleship, and the single-mindedness of Grace, is the Grace we need to possess. Grace is that pearl of great price a costly grace, which is worth whatever it takes to find it. The Church does not realize that the Father gave us His all when He gave us Grace. We have not known the power vested in Grace to strengthen, settle, and establish us for the kingdom.
Most people do not pay much attention to alerts of any kind. We see all sorts of alerts today from the serious to the not so serious. The pizza shop will alert us to a new kind of pizza and give us a five dollar off coupon to try it. We get so use to flashing lights and sirens that not much grabs our attention any more. Huge signs on our major roadways will flash with Amber Alerts to warn us to watch for the people around us because a child is missing. This is a very serious alert that could mean someone’s life. However, a Critical Alert concerning our life before God is very serious and it could mean someone’s life as well.
I believe a “critical alert” is sounding for the people of God to pray. Jesus said, “Men ought always to pray and not faint.” Nevertheless, some are fainting because of things or issues going on around them. If we would pray, then our Father would hear from heaven and answer us. If we would pray, then we would see things change before our eyes. If we would pray, then we would avoid the destroyer and the enemy of our souls would be thwarted in his assignment against us. If we would pray, a Critical situation could be avoided.
Paying attention to the little box that dropped down with the words “Critical Alert” saved my computer from unwanted invasions of the damaging kind. I paid the required price and kept my computer safe. The Father brought this to our attention for a reason let us pay the price of prayer and keep all who are in our care safe as well
